Device status report

Check a phone for MDM enrollment

Mobile device management (MDM) can let an organization configure or control a phone. An enrolled phone may remain tied to a school or company even after a reset; ask the organization to release it before purchase.

One report for one IMEI. The provider is queried only after successful live payment; a Stripe test payment does not run a lookup.

After successful live payment, IMEI.EU provides the report. Stripe sends the receipt; the report is available through Track Order with the same email and IMEI. Reports are not emailed automatically. This is read-only; no lock is removed.

What to expect

What this website checks

A paid MDM report can query the IMEI.EU check after live payment. Results are an informational snapshot and do not remove management or identify the device owner.

Know your next steps

Before buying a managed device

  • 01Ask the seller to remove the device from the organization’s management system before you pay.
  • 02Erase and set up the device while with the seller; check whether a Remote Management screen appears.
  • 03Confirm any release with the organization that enrolled the device. A reset or carrier unlock does not remove MDM enrollment.
